A vibrant diversity has long been one of UWindsor’s greatest strengths as an academic community that welcomes students from all over the world. This multiculturalism makes our campus unique, but it can also make our classrooms challenging. That’s because each culture has its own attitudes towards learning, including what constitutes “good” teaching.

With that in mind, we’ve teamed up with frequent Network collaborator Enrique Chacón to bring back his workshop on navigating intercultural relations. Enrique has years of  cross-cultural experience both through his research and his work with UWindsor’s International Student Centre. Join us Thursday, January 28th for this free workshop.

What: Intercultural Relations: In Class and Across Campus

When: January 28th, 2016, 4:00pm-5:30pm

Why: Learning about cultural approaches to teaching and learning.
