Are you interested in broadening your repertoire of teaching strategies and creating a more inclusive, dynamic, and engaged classroom?

The Centre for Teaching and Learning and Women’s and Gender Studies invite you to attend the lunchtime roundtable, Feminist Pedagogy in Theory and Practice, Wednesday, January 27, 2016, 11:45am–1:00pm.

Feminist pedagogy critiques traditional models of teaching and learning, challenges the hierarchy of ways of knowing, honours the existing knowledge of students, renegotiates and reforms the relationship between teacher and student, respects and values the diversity of student experiences, and encourages self-reflexivity as a key aspect of the learning process.

Come join the conversation! A light lunch will be provided.
