Bodek Frak is an enthusiastic technology advocate, with over two decades of experience in IT at the University of Windsor. His areas of expertise include device management, messaging and collaboration, IT Service Management (ITSM), and Project and Portfolio Management (PPM). Bodek is passionate about sharing his knowledge and has presented at various industry conferences and run numerous workshops for faculty and staff at the University of Windsor, where he trains users in the effective use of various software tools. He is a lifelong learner, with a diverse educational background that includes a BSc in Biology and his current pursuit of a BA in History and Political Science at the University of Windsor. With his comprehensive knowledge of science, technology and the humanities, Bodek is uniquely equipped to offer valuable insights into the intersection of these fields.
