Leadership in education is found in universities in many different forms. From the TA or GA who takes the initiative to develop a new approach to teaching skills in their discipline, to the administrative leaders who facilitate enhancements in student learning by developing processes that support learning.
The theme of the CTL’s Winter/Spring Seminar Series for 2010 is leadership in education in all its forms. The series runs from February to May, and will include contributions from University of Windsor faculty, staff, the CTL, and the CTL’s Visiting Fellows in Educational Development. Participants in these workshops will be exposed to a broad range of ideas on different aspects of leadership, and experience examples of how these ideas can be translated to teaching practice.
