Marcela Ciampa
Marcela Ciampa is the Manager of Employee Engagement and Development at the University of Windsor. Prior to that, she worked at United Way Windsor – Essex as the Manager of the Centre for Training and Consulting and at the Multicultural Council as the Manager of Programs. Marcela has over 20 years of experience in the learning and organizational development field. Throughout her professional career, she has worked with local, provincial and national not for profit organizations and public institutions to develop and implement customized learning and organizational development strategies. Marcela has extensive experience in the area of Cultural Competence. She has developed and delivered programs geared to assisting organizations in the delivery of culturally competent services. Marcela Ciampa is a graduate of the University of Windsor with a Master of Arts Degree in Cultural Geography, Bachelor of Arts Honours History and Geography and a Bachelor of Education.
