Arief Kartolo
Arief Kartolo is a PhD student in the Applied Social Psychology Program at the University of Windsor. He received his MA in Applied Social Psychology, in the area of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and under the supervision of Dr. Catherine Kwantes, from the University of Windsor in 2016. His research focuses on issues related to intergroup or intercultural conflicts in the workplace. In addition, he is also interested in cross-cultural research, such as investigating cross-cultural differences in trustworthiness and leadership evaluation.
