Todd Sands
Dr. Todd Sands holds B.Sc. and Ph.D degrees and as the former faculty coordinator of the Concurrent B.Sc./B.Ed Programme, he also obtained the B.Ed. degree. Todd has taught over 50 course sections in the Depts of Biological Sciences, the Dept of Earth and Environmental Sciences, and in the Faculty of Education pre-service program. To aid his students, he has developed 7 different courses for on-line delivery by DE, the most current using CLEW. Most recently, he was the recipient of the 2008 ORION Leadership Award. His research interests include the use of technology innovation in education, next generation computer networks, and identity management in on-line communities.
