Tracy C. Davis
Tracy C. Davis is Barber Professor of Performing Arts at Northwestern University, with joint appointments in Theatre, English, and Performance Studies. She has published extensively on 19th and 20th-century cultural history, the economics of performance, and gender history. In 2011, she founded the Excellence in Mentoring Initiative at Northwestern, and has subsequently led workshops on mentoring at institutions across the USA. Currently, she serves on the Social Science Research Councils' Advisory Board Dissertation Proposal Development.
