Carole L. Davis
Carole Davis is Principal Lecturer in Higher Education and a Middlesex University Teaching Fellow. Since joining Middlesex University in 2003 she has lectured in the School of Health & Social Sciences and School of Arts & Education before moving to the Centre for Learning & Teaching Enhancement. A social sciences graduate Carole has a background in health service management, clinical leadership and medical education. Her current research interests include feedback, peer observation, the experience of first year undergraduates and developing communities of learning for educators within distance education settings.
