Hopefully everyone is enjoying a restful summer so far! While summer is just beginning for many people and the Fall semester is but a distant thought, please keep in mind the scheduled date for GATAcademy, as it falls on the week before classes start. GATAcademy 2015 is scheduled for Thursday, September 3rd, 2015.
If you are feeling rusty after having the summer off or are feeling a bit anxious about starting a new role at the University of Windsor, the GATAcademy is here to help ease the pain of transitioning into these roles.
GATAcademy 2015 is a full-day professional development event open to all current and prospective UWindsor graduate assistants (GAs) and teaching assistants (TAs). Offering a series of interactive workshops led by experienced professionals from across the campus, GATAcademy 2015 will feature resources and activities relevant to both new and experienced GAs/TAs. A FREE LUNCH will also be provided!
